Graves, a native of Peoria, Illinois attended the University of Texas at Arlington before beginning a career as a stockbroker with Dean Witter, Reyolds until 1997. He then opened a furniture business until 2006 when he took a position as VP of Business Development for Miron Construction. With a passion for construction and real estate development, he started his own firm, CG Hanson in 2009 and still acts as President for them.
Charlie is proud to have purchased a high profile piece of property in Iowa City, Iowa which he entitled, then designed and built a mixed-use building called 316 Madison which today houses many students and health care workers studying and working for the University of Iowa and Hospitals and Clinics there.
Charlie has been married to Michelle for 32 years and has 2 daughters, a grandson and granddaughter. They reside in Austin, TX.
Dardis is also the owner of Dardis Communications, an executive training and development company. The company specializes in presentation skills, selling skills, business writing and professional image training. For over 20 years he and his team have worked with some of the most successful organizations such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield, John Deere, NCAA, Dupont, Principal Financial Group, Rockwell Collins, Wells Fargo and many more. Greg’s vast network ranges from c-suite executives to the professional sports and entertainment industry.
In addition to real estate and professional training, Greg is involved in his nonprofit (The Dardis Foundation), a chemical manufacturing company, and farming.
On a personal note, Greg enjoys being involved with his church as well as a number of other nonprofit organizations. Dardis serves on various boards in the Midwest and currently resides in Iowa City, IA where he and his wife Tonya enjoy raising their four children.
Kendricks, a Milwaukee Wisconsin native attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he played on the Badgers football team from 2006-2010. He earned all American honors and was awarded team captain. In 2011 he was drafted to the St. Louis Rams where he excelled through 2017. In 2017 the Green Bay Packers signed Kendricks to continue his successful NFL career. From here Kendricks played with the New England Patriots and ultimately finished his professional football career with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Kendricks’ work and success on the field is synonymous with his hard work and consistency through both his college and professional careers. Kendricks believes hard work and consistency beats talent any day. Like his other business partners, Lance came from humble beginnings. This background is the cornerstone to his drive, tenacity and his desire to help people succeed. Kendricks is involved in organizations such as the Sherman Phoenix out of Milwaukee; a business and community center for small minority businesses. He has helped raise money and notoriety for these businesses in order for them to grow and thrive. In addition, he has helped pro squared, a company that helps athletes build, protect and maintain wealth while teaching youth financial literacy.
On a personal note, Lance enjoys spending time with his family, doing art and being outdoors. He currently resides in Los Angeles California where he and his wife Danielle enjoy raising their two children.
